I’m Bashar Najim, the proud owner of Sky Security Ltd.

As a hard-working person, I always liked the idea of running my own business someday. I felt that stepping into the role of a leader would come easily, and I’d have more liberty to test my ideas and capabilities. Moreover, I felt that my own business would give me the ability to use my brain and expertise to provide excellent surveillance installations and services to different clients.

Initially, I worked as an employee in this industry, growing each year in experience and skills. However, after many years of working for someone else, I noticed that I had outgrown their company as I no longer found my work challenging. As a result, once I had the opportunity to start my own business, I went for it without hesitation.

I have been in business for ten years now, and I’ve accomplished so much during this time. Through the decade, I’ve managed to stabilize my company, and I have gained more knowledge on how to run it smoothly. However, as we grow, I still face new obstacles and challenges from time to time. But I’m happy to tackle them with new plans as they make my work more interesting.

When it comes to security system installations, my favorite parts about each project are planning and completing them in line with the client’s expectations. Similarly, I love experiencing their positive reactions when their needs are met, and they believe that they’ve got their money’s worth.

Seeing my clients satisfied is the most rewarding aspect of my work, as it usually leads to repeat sales and referrals. For this reason, I focus on satisfying all of my clients from start to finish. Moreover, throughout the installation project, my team and I maintain exemplary levels of reliability and trustworthiness. We also make sure that we are available for servicing after the installation is complete, so the client does not have to worry about the future.

Other aspects that contribute to my clients’ satisfaction are my expertise and honesty. As I have been in this business for several years, I understand what my clients expect from me, and I ensure they receive exactly that. At the same time, I’ve developed the ideal skills for the job, so the results of my work are usually impeccable!

When I am not at work, I enjoy playing music. I feel that it is a great way to let loose and lighten up after a long day. Music has been a fantastic mood booster for me, and I am happiest when I’m grooving to a good tune.
